What do you get when you mix 12 years as a practicing CPA, five years as a CFO/Director in industry, and ten years in sales and marketing? Bob! He brings SIRA a wealth of business experience, a healthy portion of leadership by example and a competitive drive to succeed! In his last three positions, Bob has: - Launched a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy for a start-up technology company that resulted in its sale to a Fortune 1000 company for $50 million nine months later; - Set industry records for a massive direct marketing campaign during Super Bowl week in San Diego; - Earned both “Best Public Relations” and “Company Launch” awards for his accounting software company among 2,400 exhibitors at Comdex. Bob is married with three adult children and two grandchildren. He graduated from San Diego State University and became a CPA.	Dean spent more than 20 years in financial management, reporting and budgeting for defense contractors. Over time he developed a passion to resolve the constant frustration among stakeholders involved in these processes. From this passion came the vision for eProMT, specifically designed to help transform financial management for defense contractors from a process of drudgery, confusion and uncertainty into an intuitive, collaborative process producing confident decision making. Dean is one of SIRA’s co-founders and was instrumental in the concept and development of eProMT. His attention to detail is reflected in the extensive Best Practices and sophisticated financial modeling tools available in eProMT. Dean has also been formally trained in Earned Value Management and has successfully implemented EVM on both CPFF and Fixed Price programs during his career. Dean is married and has four children. He served 8 years as a board member and president for the Oceanside School District. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Economics) and a Master’s Degree in Administration (Finance/Accounting) from the University of California at Irvine.	Layne brings exceptional database administration and programming skills to SIRA. At L-3/Titan he had primary responsibility for the ERP system conversions to Costpoint of numerous acquired companies. His advanced database capabilities and extensive experience working with Deltek’s ERP systems, has made Layne one of the most sought after ERP system consultants in the country. As one of SIRA’s co-founders, Layne has leveraged his 20 years of ERP applications and database support expertise in the defense industry to create eProMT’s best practices in data integration and architecture. His unique approach to SQL Server data schema design and advanced stored procedure techniques is at the core of eProMT’s ability to automatically adapt to ERP changes in business rules and structure. It is also at the core of eProMT’s efficiency as a web based performance intelligence solution. Layne is married and has two daughters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Political Science) from the University of California at San Diego.
